Migavibe is a free platform that connects singles for self-organized dating aperitifs and social events (such as walks).
- What we do: We provide tools to list/register for free events; we vet/approve Event Organizers to the best of our ability.
- What we do not do: Organize events ourselves, process payments, background check users beyond basic reviews, supervise meetings, or guarantee safety/results.
- Key Risks: All events are user-operated. You assume the risks of offline interactions (injury, fraud, etc.).
- Data & Funding: Dealing with us is monetarily free. In return, we fund operations through advertising and lead generation. We collect emails/profiles for platform use and marketing (in accordance with our Privacy Policy).
- Your Role: Safe, lawful behavior. Compliance with laws. Events max. 10 people. No Speed-Dating events.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Migavibe, a platform specifically for heterosexual singles who wish to connect via user-organized events.
Our Platform Family: We operate sister platforms for other communities:
- Migagay.com - For gay and lesbian singles
- Migaqueer.com - For queer and LGBTQ+ singles
While Migavibe focuses on heterosexual dating, all users are welcome to use the platform that best fits their preferences. Migavibe is solely a technology platform. We do not organize, host, manage, or supervise events. All events are created and executed independently by approved users ("Event Organizers"). We are not responsible for offline interactions or user conduct.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Migavibe. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and have not been convicted of a felony or sex offense.
3. Costs and Financing (Paid with Data)
3.1 Free of Charge: Registration and participation in events are monetarily free of charge. 3.2 Financing: The service is financed through marketing and the use of data provided (Lead Generation) for our own marketing purposes and potentially third-party advertising, subject to data protection laws.
4. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are liable for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.
5. Event Rules (For Organizers)
If you apply and are approved as an Event Organizer, you agree to:
- Organize only free events (no entry fees).
- Limit attendance to a maximum of 10 participants per event.
- NOT organize commercial Speed-Dating events or professional matchmaking services.
- Choose safe, public venues (cafes, parks, etc.).
- Be physically present at your events.
- Not use the platform to promote external businesses or paid services.
6. Code of Conduct
Prohibited behaviors include:
- Harassment, hate speech, or bullying.
- Solicitation, spam, or scamming.
- Posting illegal, explicit, or copyright-infringing content.
- Impersonation.
- Stalking or unwanted contact off-platform.
7. Safety Disclaimer (Offline Interactions)
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Migamor GmbH does not conduct criminal background checks. We do not verify the truthfulness of user profiles.
- Public Places: Always meet in public.
- Tell a Friend: Let someone know where you are going.
- Trust Your Instincts: Leave if you feel uncomfortable.
8. Limitation of Liability (Important for Germany)
8.1 Unlimited Liability: We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, limb, or health. 8.2 Essential Obligations: In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). The liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. 8.3 Disclaimer: Furthermore, liability for slight negligence is excluded. We are specifically not liable for the actions of users/organizers during offline events.
9. Content Rights
You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, text). However, you grant Migamor GmbH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
10. Termination
By You: You may delete your account at any time in the settings. By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Migamor GmbH from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We act immediately upon knowledge of illegal content. Users can report content via the reporting function or by email to

14. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
14.1 These Terms are governed by Swiss law (Code of Obligations). 14.2 However, if you are a consumer habitually resident in an EU member state (e.g., Germany), the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain applicable (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation). 14.3 Place of jurisdiction is the seat of Migamor GmbH (Switzerland), unless a different exclusive jurisdiction exists for consumers by law.
15. Language Clause
These Terms remain binding even if individual points are legally invalid. The German version of these Terms serves as the authoritative legal text. This English translation is provided solely for convenience.

17. Acceptance & Right of Withdrawal

Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content or digital services, your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun the performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent to the beginning of the performance of the contract.
